Product development
Research
When a need arises from the market and/or customer, we start a new development, initially learning about the product the customer needs and its characteristics to find the most suitable materials and designs.
Development
Technical drawings are developed, and the first steps, molds, prototype, timings and raw materials needs, are proposed.
Laboratory tests
We run the first test in our lab, valudating the materials, and the first industrial tests are made and sent to the customer for approval or, if necessary, modification.
Customer feedback
The customer performs the industrial test in his plant and subsequently validates the prototype or makes the appropriate observations for any modification.
Implementation
Once the tests are completed, the designs and molds are confirmed, and the necessary equipment is purchased to manufacture the new product.
